| Some of the questions that are frequently asked: Q) I am ordering from outside the continental U.S. How much will my shipping cost be? A) For destinations in Canada, add $10 USD. For Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, add $35 USD. A sales representative will contact you via email when extra postage is required. Q) I want to order a mixed set. For example, 3 blue blankets and 2 red blankets. How do I do that? A) Since we give one blanket free for every one that is ordered, you will always have an even numbered total. In the example above, you would add one "Red set" to cart, then add two "blue sets" to cart. You would then have two Red and four Blue at check out. Q) I want to order a large quantity (20 or more) for promotional purposes. Can I get a special high volume rate? A) Absolutely. We actually specialize in catering to large organizations and groups. If you have a large order, call or email us and we will see what rate we can give to you. Q) I don't have a Pay Pal account. Can I still order? A) Sure you can! The reason we use Pay Pal exclusively is because it is very safe and no special account is required. While many people have a Pay Pal account, you can still order without one by following the easy order form instructions. Q) How long will it take to receive my blanket? A) Most blankets arrive at their destination within 2 to 4 weeks. We are on the west coast, so the closer you are to us, the faster you will get your EZ Blanket. |
